Music Tuition
Regular music tuition is offered as part of the Academy of the Arts. Our tutors, many of whom are current professional performers, provide inspirational and encouraging lessons for students.

Academy of the Arts Team Profiles
Enrolment
Music tuition is available on the following:
- Brass (Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba)
- Woodwind (Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Saxophone)
- Percussion (lessons include teaching on both orchestral percussion and drum kit. No lessons are offered exclusively on drum kit)
- Piano
- Vocal
- Guitar (Ukulele, Bass Guitar)
- Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass)
Music tuition is available for all instruments (at the discretion of the tutor and Head of Performance) for Year 4 to Year 12 with the following exceptions:
- Piano: Prep to Year 12 (Private lessons only)
- Strings: Year 2 to Year 12
- Guitar: Year 2 to Year 12
Students can enrol in music tuition at Citipointe at the beginning of each term. As part of enrolment into the program, all students are required to take part in one of our ensembles (bands, strings, choirs). This allows opportunities for performance and growth with their chosen instrument.
