About Enrolment

Citipointe Christian College attracts a diverse student body and enjoys an excellent reputation with strong demand for places. Parents are advised to make enquiries and applications with the Registrar, at an early date.

Applications for enrolment are considered in conjunction with a number of criteria (see how offers are made). At Citipointe Christian College, there is a high demand for entry in Preparatory, Year 7 and Year 10.

All students applying for entry from Year 1 onwards are asked to provide the last two school reports (and any other assessment or guidance report) with the application.

Enrolment Process

The enrolment process is as follows:

  1. Submit an online application form OR download the the Enrolment Package from HERE. An application fee of $132 is required.
  2. Include with your application copies of your students two most recent school reports, Naplan and other achievements.
  3. Your application will be processed and acknowledged with a letter from the College.
  4. Enrolment interviews are arranged a year prior to entry, when spaces are available.
  5. Following an enrolment interview, a letter of offer may be emailed to you indicating that there is a position available for enrolment.

An acceptance fee is payable to secure the position at the College.

This comprises two components:-

a. Acceptance Fee Per Student $200.00 – a non-refundable administrative fee payable per student when position accepted and
b. Acceptance Bond $500.00 – a non-refundable bond payable per family that is then offset against the first tuition fee account issued after the student/s commence their enrolment.
If the student/s do not commence at the College as agreed, this amount is forfeit to the College.
This payment is to be forwarded to the College with the signed Contract of Enrolment agreement and letter of Acceptance.

School fees are set annually by the College Board, appointed by the Committee of Management of Citipointe Church Brisbane. Fees for each year are announced around November for the following year.
