Donate to Citipointe

Last year’s Day of Giving appeal raised over $80,000 toward our equity endowment fund. Because of the generosity of this community, Citipointe was able to offer two scholarships to young people who never dreamed they could be a student at our College.

It is such a privilege to be able to welcome new students to our College; to become part of this community, complete their education and flourish as they discover their Identity in Christ.

In 2020, our goal is to raise $100,000 so we can continue to give now and build a corpus of funds which will enable us to keep on giving into the future. Our longer-term target is to raise enough funds over the next five years to provide six perpetual equity scholarships.

A New Makespace - Linke Library

Our Secondary Library is set to undergo some major renovations and improvements with a view to creating a more dynamic learning environment needed for 21st century learning. The Linke Library was officially opened in May 1996 and has been a place where lifelong friendships have been formed, many study projects birthed and board games lost and won. After twenty-two years it is time to upgrade to a maker space.

Stage 2 of Alfresco CafĂ©

The Alfresco café is near completion with just the top deck and the outside veranda to be finalised. The internal café has been refurbished into a modern look and is a meeting hub for classes and student get-togethers. Currently the outside area is under-utilised space yet has a spectacular view over the oval. It is our intention, with your support, to turn this area into a beautiful alfresco meeting hub that will serve the College community well into the future.

We need your help to finish this project. With just $34,500 to go we are nearly there. All donations are tax deductible and we welcome your gift.

Thank you to those who have supported this project to date.

A place to Meet, Eat and Enjoy.

Alfresco Café overlooking the Oval
Imagine an alfresco café for students, parents and staff overlooking
the oval, a meeting place for the whole College community. This café area will be a viewing platform for sporting events and a venue for catered functions.
The top deck is situated outside the Secondary Hospitality area with easy access from the kitchen and lower level.
The lower deck flows from the Secondary canteen. This gives students the option to eat on the upper or lower level. These new alfresco decks will cater for approximately 160 students or guests.
Currently this is under-utilised space but the new deck will have a spectacular view of the oval. It is our intention, with your support, to turn this area into a beautiful alfresco meeting hub that will serve the College community well into the future. A place to Meet, Eat and Enjoy.

Annual Project 2015

Mrs Booth supervisor car park

Keeping Our Children Safe

It is now over 14 years since the Wecker Road entrance to the school was developed. As the College has grown it seems the car park has become smaller. I am sure we have all felt the congestion on school days. The College Board has agreed to the redevelopment of the car park which will see the College through to the next phase of growth. The final plans include a larger drop off area and more short and long term parking bays. The redevelopment also includes an undercover area near Grace House for Primary students to await collection.

Annual Giving Program

CCC_Annual_Giving_Appeal_14_cover for website

The Annual Giving program as the name implies, is conducted once a year (generally before June 30), and seeks financial support in the form of gifts to specific building projects.

Every gift, no matter its size, makes a difference. The size of the gift is not a s important as the fact that you choose to participate.

Will take your breath away…

Give a gift that lasts a lifetime

When you give, you make it easier for the College to provide the best possible learning experience for our students now and in the future. This year, all gifts donated to the Building Fund will contribute to the first stages of the new master plan.

What will our College look like in 10 years time?

Imagine the College grounds with a dedicated Centre for Creativity, extra learning spaces for our growing community, the redevelopment of the drop off zones with undercover seating for our students or lighting on the main oval?

The campus that your students enjoy today would not have been possible if it was not for the generosity of many Citipointe parents, past students, past parents, alumni, grandparents and staff adding to funds derived from government sources.

Donations to the Citipointe School Building Fund, Scholarship Fund and Library fund are tax deductible.

A message from the Headmaster

ronw

Citipointe students and staff are grateful for the generosity of those who donate to the College through our Annual Appeals. The financial support given over and above tuition fees, builds the fabric of the College through which foundations are laid for their future. As a result other reserves are freed up for non—tax deductible projects, like the proposed redevelopment of the drop—off zones near Grace House and the Science Centre.

Please consider your response to this year’s appeal.

We are deeply involved in the Master Planning process and the results will be revealed when it is eventually completed.

Our new Master Plan will take your breath away!

Help Us Raise Enough Funds For Our College Hall Kitchen?

Resourcing “College Hall” will be our challenge in the years ahead. College Hall is a multi-purpose hall to be used for indoor sports, performing arts, student assemblies, large community events and a commercial training kitchen.

About The Hall

College Hall is an imposing facility on this campus and one that will be well utilised by your sons and daughters. Construction of College Hall is funded under the Australian Government fiscal stimulus package (Building the Education Revolution). The fit-out of the hall is now the responsibility of the College community. Your support of this appeal will ensure that the items listed can be purchased to ensure this facility services your family well into the future.

Your support through these appeals has helped us raise vital funds for our students!
