How to plan your Citipointe reunion

Citipointe Reunions – 10, 20 & 30 Years

So, you have a high school reunion coming up and you’re inspired to take on the role of the planner? Fantastic! Someone – or a small group – from every class must step up to the plate to plan their Citipointe reunion. Remember, we are here to help you.

Planning a reunion for your class doesn’t have to be a daunting task. Check out the steps below and consider volunteering to plan your Citipointe reunion. Don’t miss this special opportunity to catch up with school friends and reconnect with classmates.

Citipointe reunions

Step 1: Volunteer

Volunteer to organise your reunion. Email Citipointe to register your reunion.

Step 2: Start a Facebook group

Create a poll within your Facebook group that asks what the best date would be for everyone. Use the response to the poll to pick a date that works for most people. You can also ask Citipointe for an email list of classmates. Email Citipointe to request the list and sign the required privacy policy.

Step 3: Pick a Venue

Recent reunions have been held at Bar Pacino, in the city, and Fiction Bar & Restuarant in Raby Bay. Citipointe can help with placing a deposit to secure the venue.

Step 4: Promote the event

Turn to Facebook regularly to ask the group of attendees their opinion on different food, drinks, and activities for the reunion. Once more and more people are liking and sharing your social media posts, more people will RSVP to the reunion.

Ask Citipointe to promote your reunion via the  and emails to alumni.

Step 5: Enjoy your Citipointe reunion

This is a time to reconnect with old friends and possibly spark relationships again that will last a lifetime. At the reunion, gather everyone for a group photo and email a copy to Citipointe so it can appear in the next alumni magazine.
